In addition to high quality production systems the demand for accompanying quality control is becoming more and more comprehensive.

CETEC Systems provides you with high quality monitoring systems to check your running processes such as crimping, seal positioning, stripping parameters or other desired process parameters.

Our Crimp Force Monitoring Systems are distinguished by their contact-free working sensors, universal application with simple work surfaces and evaluation possibilities.

In combination with waste cut modules, trouble free and complete quality processing is achieved.

High speed cameras compare the cutting and stripping values and the seal positioning with programmed values and stop the processing machines if needed.

In addition the finished crimping values can easily and effectively be documented by a micrographic lab and appropriate image processing software.

Pull-out force and dimensional measurements complete the range of measuring instruments.
